Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days for most U.S. orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, shipping address, and current carrier rates.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Wrong address or delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at heytruevo@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
